Andrew Hodges grew up in Kansas, but has practiced law in Greenwood for over twenty-five years. After graduating as high school valedictorian, he attended college at the University of Kansas where he graduated in 1993 from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He then attended the University of Kansas School of Law where he met his wife and law partner. He remains an avid fan of Kansas Jayhawks basketball.

Mr. Hodges began his legal career in Greenwood in 1996 as a prosecutor for the Eighth Circuit Solicitor's Office where he served the citizens of Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens and Newberry Counties for sixteen years. During his service as a prosecutor, he was honored by then-United States Attorney Bill Nettles with the 2010 Ernest F. Hollings Award for Excellence in State Prosecution. He also received the 2016 National Crime Victims' Rights Week Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Service on Behalf of Victims.

In 2013, Mr. Hodges opened the Hodges Law Firm, LLC, where he handles a variety of legal matters in Upstate South Carolina including divorce, child custody and visitation, personal injury and probate. He often serves in the family courts as Guardian ad litem to protect the best interests of children. Mr. Hodges is also certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a family court mediator.

Mr. Hodges recognizes that courtroom skill and legal knowledge are only a part of what makes a great attorney. Greatness also requires service to others. Mr. Hodges donates a significant amount of his time to civic leadership and public service. Mr. Hodges is on the board of directors for the Greater Greenwood Parks and Trails Foundation and is an Assistant Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 313. He is a member of the Emerald City Rotary Club where he has served as club President and as Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7750. He is a member and past Master of Mathews Lodge No. 358 of Ancient Free Masons. Mr. Hodges served for six years on the board of directors at Beyond Abuse. He has taught several different law-related classes as an adjunct instructor at both Erskine College and Lander University. He is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. In sum, Mr. Hodges works hard to improve the quality of life for his clients, his family and his community.

Dawn Puderbaugh Hodges is a Kansas native, but has practiced law in Greenwood for over twenty-five years. She earned an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 1992. Four years later she earned both a Masters in Social Work and a Juris Doctor degree in a joint degree program at the University of Kansas.

Before joining The Hodges Law Firm, LLC, in 2021, Ms. Hodges had a long career in the public service and non-profit sectors. She has worked as a prosector, public defender and managing attorney for the South Carolina Department of Social Services. She served as the Executive Director of the Bowers-Rodgers Children's Home and as Administrator at the Greenwood Genetics Center.

Ms. Hodges donates a significant amount of her time to civic leadership and public service. Over the years she has served on several non-profit boards in Greenwood including the United Center for Community Care, the United Way of the Lakelands, and American Red Cross. She was also on the Burton Center Board of Visitors and on the Non-Profit Council through the Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Hodges has been a member of the Greenwood Kiwanis Club since 2000. She served as their club President and was named The Outstanding Club President for the Carolinas. Ms. Hodges was elected to serve in 2015 as Governor of the Carolinas District to help improve the lives of children in North and South Carolina. In 2020, she was recognized by Kiwanis International as a Distinguished Assistant District Administrator for her work with college students involved in Circle K International. She is currently the Key Club advisor at Emerald High School. Ms. Hodges teaches Business Law as an adjunct instructor at Erskine College. Finally, she is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection where she is a delegate to the Upper South Carolina Diocesan Convention and where she also volunteers as an after-school tutor.

Ms. Hodges handles a variety of legal matters in Upstate South Carolina including divorce, child custody and visitation, elder abuse, DSS abuse and neglect and probate. She also serves in the family courts as Guardian ad litem to protect the best interests of children.
